We are excited to officially announce the hiring of Mr. Ryan Raybourn as the new Assistant Principal at WCMS!
With 17 years in education, Mr. Raybourn brings a wealth of experience having served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, instructional coach, and now assistant principal. A proud graduate of WCHS and an active member of the Olive Hill community, he began his career right here at West Middle making this return feel like a true homecoming.
We are confident his leadership, dedication, and deep roots in our community will make for a seamless transition and a strong addition to our team.

West Carter Middle School Boys Soccer practice will be held outdoors Monday through Friday from 3:30–5:00 PM at the West Carter High School practice football field.
Players should meet at West Carter Middle School after school to walk over together, unless they are being dropped off by a parent at the practice field.
Please make sure players dress appropriately for the weather and bring cleats and a water bottle.
