Do you know what today is?? It's our 67th day of learning! We want to encourage our students to pick up a book and join Benny the Bean in a fun reading challenge on Beanstack today!! Our December "Reading Wrap-up" challenge ends on December 31st! Remember, students can earn fun rewards/prizes and build their reading confidence by practicing reading every day!
December 15th-19th will be Christmas Spirit Week @ Heritage!
Friday December 5th- Heritage Elementary will be hosting a Christmas Dance

This week, during Family & Community Engagement Week, Heritage Elementary earned our Family Friendly Schools certification!
Through an application process, this certification highlights schools that demonstrate an ongoing commitment to creating welcoming environments, building family and community partnerships, and ensuring that students and families feel valued, connected, and empowered to support student success.
Mr. Clark & Mr. Wells made the trip to Frankfort on Monday to accept our certification.
Congratulations to Prichard Elementary & Tygart Creek Elementary for earning their certificates as well!

Heritage Elementary students are "Reading Culture Trailblazers" with 75%+ student participation in our new reading incentive program called Beanstack!! HES students and staff have read 31,000+ minutes so far! Keep up the great work! Congratulations to the readers and grade levels that came out on top!! 📣🎟️🎯To try and cut down wait time in the ticket lines tonight at Fall Festival, we will be pre-selling tickets in the parking lot today from 2:20-2:50! Drive up and get your tickets! (Someone will be stationed in this location at the colored cones)!
