2022-2023 Opening Conference Registration

Welcome to a new year!

*Opening Conference will be held at East Carter High School

*August 8, 9, & 10, 2022 are Instructional Staff Contract Days. These are required work days for all instructional personnel. 

*August 11 & 12 are Professional Development Days. Instructional Staff will report to their assigned school on these days.

*August 15 is Opening Day.  Teachers will report to their assigned school. 

*August 16 is the First Day of School for Students.

Recommendation:  Because the forms only allow one submission per user, those that do not have an assigned workstation, simply use a chromebook to complete the registration.  This will cut down on some of the confusion we have had in the past.  Also, NOT RECOMMENDED to try and view from your mobile device.

Advance through the slides and reference the slide number (bottom left of the slide deck). Fill out the form.  Select another day from buttons above and repeat.  The session dividers are simply there to allow you to easily jump to the 5 session timeslots.  If you choose a multi-hour session, it will jump you to your next available session automatically while filling out the form. 

IF YOU ARE PRESENTING, MAKE SURE YOU SELECT "Presenter" AT THE APPROPRIATE SESSION.

MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ALL THREE DAYS OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.

Once you submit the final form, within the hour you will receive an email from noreply@carter.kyschools.us, with Opening Conference 2022 as the subject line.  Attached to that email, you will find your full schedule.
